Adhering to our guiding principle, the goal of our vocational training is that, in addition to passing the final exam, the apprentices become competent and skilled future employees.
With our training we therefore strive not only for the classic goal of a quantitative but also a qualitative personnel planning. TRANSA tries to achieve competency excellence by employing a variety of different measures. We look for training cooperation with other freight forwarding companies on a regional level to broaden our knowledge in our field of expertise. To elucidate the overall contexts, seminars and on-site training take place at our headquarters, for example in the sectors of IT/data processing, financial accounting, forwarding controlling or human resources. The focal point of the expert training is the practical instruction. Qualified employees act as “instructors.” They share their profound expertise, convey their company- and operating-specific knowledge and help develop practical and methodical skills.
